Hi, my name is Carol Jenkins and I enjoy making beautiful items of jewellery.  I have been creating jewellery for about 7 years and have completed 2 evening courses in Silversmithing. All items are created at my dining room table (obviously after my husband has finished his dinner) and any chemicals I use are from my kitchen as I have a 5 year old running about under my feet.

All items of jewellery that are made of copper have been polished with micro-crystalline wax to preserve the colour and protect your skin.  All items that are made of silver are not hallmarked as they contain less than 7.78g of silver. The colour of the gemstones and jewellery is shown as accurately as possible, however a guarantee cannot be made that colours in the images on this website will look the same on different browsers and computer monitors.

Terms and Conditions

Payments

Payments are made securely through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account as the payment can be processed without one.

Privacy

When Paypal is used for purchase in this shop we do not see any of your financial data during the purchase. The information that is collected during purchases which includes name, address, telephone number and email addresses are never disclosed to third parties.

Delivery

UK postage will be by 1st Royal Mail. Your jewellery will arrive in a gift box. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, but items will be posted within 3 working days of payment being received.

International delivery: Please email me prior to purchasing for postage costs for non-UK destinations. If you let me know which item(s) you wish to buy, I will be able to give you a cost.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery please contact me by email within 7 days of receipt of your jewellery. The item will be returned at your cost and remain your responsibility until it reaches me. Please return the item in its original packaging in the original condition and a full refund will be given minus your postage cost.

Please obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office and ensure your name and address are enclosed together with the reason for your return.

Unfortunately I cannot accept return of earrings due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Storage

I recommend you protect your jewellery by keeping it in the box provided with your jewellery and storing in a cool, dry place. Keeping individual pieces separate will avoid bending the wire.
